Departmental Highlights
- A minimum of 75% attendance in classes is mandatory to be eligible for the final examination, as per university norms.
- Students must return any borrowed items to the Departmental Library before collecting their admit cards for the final examinations.
- Students are required to participate in departmental activities such as seminars, workshops, debates, poetry sessions, and cultural programs to enhance their academic and cultural engagement.
- Appearing in Class Tests, Pre-Tests, and Test Examinations is compulsory for continuous assessment and progress evaluation.
- Students must inform the Head of the Department (HoD) in writing if they plan to be absent for more than seven consecutive days.
- Students must maintain a disciplined and respectful academic environment, refraining from any form of ragging, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
- Students are expected to keep the department and campus clean by disposing of waste in designated dustbins and avoiding littering.
- Students must switch off lights and fans when leaving classrooms or the department to contribute to energy conservation.
- Students are responsible for the proper use of departmental property, including books, equipment, and infrastructure, and must report any damage immediately.
- Students are expected to exhibit courteous behavior towards faculty, staff, and peers, fostering a collaborative and respectful learning atmosphere.
