Departmental Rules
- A minimum of 75% attendance in classes is mandatory to be eligible for the final examination as per university regulations.
- Students must return borrowed items to the Departmental Library before collecting their admit cards for the final examination.
- Students are required to actively participate in departmental events such as seminars, workshops, mushairas (poetry sessions), debates, and cultural programs organized by the department.
- It is compulsory to appear in Class Tests, Pre-Tests, and Test Examinations to ensure continuous evaluation and assessment.
- Students must inform the Head of the Department (HoD) in writing if they are absent for more than seven consecutive days.
- Students should contribute to maintaining a positive and disciplined academic environment in the department and refrain from any form of ragging, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
- Students are requested to keep the campus clean by disposing of waste in the dustbins provided and avoiding littering in any area.
- Students must switch off lights and fans when leaving the department or classrooms to conserve energy.
- Students must respect departmental resources, equipment, and infrastructure, and report any damage or malfunction immediately.
- Students must maintain decorum and respect for faculty, staff, and peers, fostering a supportive and constructive learning environment.
